Why isn’t it easier to change your voicemail message? It is a very labour-intensive process on my cellphone involving keypad-selection, the entering of an access code and a few verbal commands which the phone will not understand unless I’m in a dead silent room.
Montreal is really an amazing city. I just got back from a 4-day-long trip there with some friends and had an absolutely great time. Every single person there smokes, and downtown about every other person is a student. Bilingual, vibrant, welcoming, damn cold. Thanks Montreal.

Yesterday, the Toronto Hydro Co. announced plans to blanket the entire downtown core of Canada’s largest city with WiFi coverage. Basically what this means is that anyone within the coverage with an appropriate device (laptop, cell phone, etc.) can connect to this giant “hotspot” and surf the internet from wherever they may be.
The British Government recently launched a one-stop website for all things civil. The site, Directgov.gov.uk, gives Britons the option of doing anything from reporting a broken street light to paying taxes online, with much in between.
