Quick thought: why isn’t it easier to change your voicemail message? It is a very labour-intensive process on my cellphone involving keypad-selection, the entering of an access code and a few verbal commands which the phone will not understand unless I’m in a dead silent room.

Wouldn’t it be awesome if there was a simple way to dial into your voicemail messaging service and let your callers know that you’re in a meeting and will call them back in an hour?

It’s so annoying when such a seemingly simple task is so difficult to achieve. Make it easy for your customers to do what they want, they’ll thank you for it.
